For Stage 1, we’re thrilled to announce that civil works are complete. The only outstanding authority to achieve Statement of Compliance (SOC) is electrical (Ausnet). Pending a satisfactory audit, we expect the final SOC from Whittlesea City Council the week starting 27 May 2024. Settlements are anticipated for mid-June 2024.

Further to the above, Stage 2 is progressing well. We are on target to complete civil works for Stage 2, including Edith Street and the Wetlands, by the end of May 2024. We will be dedicating June 2024 to achieving SOC and anticipate settlements for mid-July 2024.
