We are pleased to advise that works in Stages 1 and 2 are progressing well at Elana Place.

Our bulk earthworks, internal sewer reticulation, and drainage are complete. We are now moving on with our wetlands, water main construction, external branch sewer works, and road pavements.

We expect to have works completed and titles registered in Q4 of 2023 for Stage 1, with Stage 2 following shortly thereafter.

We will continue to update you on a regular basis and provide feedback on construction activities and timeframes via our website and social channels.
