We are pleased to advise that we have appointed a Civil Contractor and commenced works at Elana Place on Stages 1 & 2.

We will continue with our bulk earthworks throughout December in Stages 1 and 2, including the Wetlands, and we will start to see the future roads take shape before the end of 2022.
In 2023, the project will move straight into sewer works. As you can appreciate, the weather has been challenging of late which has made works difficult. But we are pushing forwards and targeting to have works complete across Elana Place by the 3rd quarter of 2023.

We will continue to update you on a regular basis and provide feedback on construction activities and timeframes via our website and social channels.
