Exciting Milestones Reached in Elana Place Construction

Moving on to Stage 2, we have completed the sewer, drainage, and water components, with roads built to the base course levels and kerb crews on site. Before the end of the year, our goal is to lay the first asphalt layer, make significant progress on electrical assets, and finalise the shaping of the Wetland.

We are thrilled to provide the team with an update on the significant progress of civil works at Elana Place.

This marks an opportune moment for buyers to commence the finalisation of their finances. We are committed to providing further updates in early 2024, regarding preparation for settlement.

Anticipating the completion of Stage 1 in early 2024, Stage 2 is expected to follow shortly thereafter.

Captured in the latest aerial photographs above, the ongoing construction at Elana Place reveals a significant transformation, with the site now evolving into a nearly finished development.

In Stage 1, all groundwork has been successfully completed, and essential assets are currently undergoing testing. Over the next couple of weeks, the contractor will focus on concrete footpaths/driveways, topsoiling, and placing the final layer of asphalt.
